I’m Loretha, the chef and soul behind LoS Private Catering and Personal Chef Services. My early relationship with cooking was simple; my mother, an incredible chef in her own right, prepared every meal for me and my siblings, filling our home with warmth, love and comfort.
Some of my fondest memories are of our Sunday meals, gathered not around the dining table, but in the living room, sharing laughter and stories over the delicious dishes she crafted.
It wasn’t until my thirties, when I found myself cooking for family reunions, Sunday dinners, and small events, that I discovered my own passion for creating meals that not only nourish but also bring people together.
